CANCELLATION POLICY

LIFE HAPPENS! WE JUST ASK THAT YOU LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL.

Please review the following policies regarding No-Shows, Late Cancels and babes arriving with mascara on.

  • ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT MAKEUP. If you do, you will need to clean them AND it will cut into your appointment. No Bueno. If you know you will need lash cleaning, book it in advance by letting us know, so we get the full time with your lashes! RISE is not responsible for poor retention of your eyelash extensions (ie. no free or discounted fills).

  • 24 Hour Notice for Cancellations. Life happens! Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service. Important! If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a voicemail or send us an email to cancel! Phone call attempts with no message left may be subject to the cancellation fee. No appointment requests are handled by DM.

  • Cancellations within 3 Hours of the appointment AND No Shows/No Call will be charged 100% of the service.

  • RISE & GLOW reserves the right to decline appointments to those who fail to respect our policies.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a No Show and need to reschedule.

  • NO REFUNDS

  • For Rise Services (Lashes, Brows, Skin) - call within 72 hours of your appointment if you experience any issues so we can resolve them as soon as possible.

  • For Glow Services (Spray Tan, Airbrush) - call within 24 hours of your appointment so we can accomodate a touch up if necessary.
